Sonya Campbell

Is the Customer Service Development Manager based in the library and learning Centre at Glasgow Caledonian University. I am responsible for the front facing library, IT and general support services in both live and virtual desks, as well as the circulation and general environment of the library. Our library has 16,500 borrowers, and we deliver services to staff, student, research and external clients bases. I have 7 years management experience in a library environment and a further 10 years management experience in the private sector.
